In the Miromesnil surroundings we advise you to visit:
- The Vastérival in Saint-Margherite-sur-mer (by appointment)
- The Bois des Moutiers park in Varengeville-sur-mer
- The flower park William Farcy in Offranville
- The Bellevue gardens in Beaumont le hareng
- Dieppe, with its castle and museum, its churches and pleasant marina
- Varengeville-sur-mer, its church and sailors cemetery
- The Arques-la-Bataille castle
- Honfleur, city of the impressionnists
- Etretat, famous for its cliffs
- The city of Eu, royal city
- Rouen, the remembering of Joan of Arc and its superb cathedral
Some events in and around Dieppe:
- The kite festival in September
- The herring fair in November
- The market, every Saturday morning
- The boot car sale on the Saint-Rémy Square, on the 1st Saturday of each month
- The flower fair

Seaside resorts:
Let’s not forget that Dieppe has been the first seaside resort in France, from the end of the XVIII
century (and the closest beach from Paris). People came to bathe in the Channel to keep fit.
Nowadays, we can enjoy the invigorating sea, admire the famous Normand cliffs, so often painted by
the impressionists, and why not going fishing little grey shrimps with a shrimping net at low tide.
And some lovely beaches to see in the neighbourhood: Pourville-sur-Mer, Varengeville, Sainte
Margherite-sur-Mer, Veules-les-Roses, le tréport…
Sports, entertainment & gourmet cuisine:
In Dieppe, Casino, cinema, cultural center (CAC), the little train to discover to city tirelessly. Some
of the activities available are: golf, sailing school, bike renting, sea fishing, Club 5 sports center,
bowling…
In the neighbourhood: the golf course in Saint-Saëns, horse-riding at the Haras des Vertus, the green
path (la Voie Verte) on foot or biking, quad and go-carting, the skating rink and swimming pool at
Ludibulle (Saint Martin en Campagne)
And last but not least, here are a few local specialties not to be missed tasting from our region:
- Neufchatel cheese (fromage)
- La Marmite Dieppoise (Fish dish)
- Herring, all sorts of preparations
- Cider, doux (soft) or brut (dry)
- Benedictine alcohol
